New Job

I will begin my new job at Story restaurant this week. This makes me both excited and a bit nervous. Being my first job at a "nice" restaurant, I will be in a working atmosphere that I have never been in before; so there will be a lot I don't know yet.

That's also part of the excitement though. I'm glad to finally be in a place where I feel that I can get a lot out of this experience - a place like where I've wanted to be since I started this whole culinary adventure...

Training starts tomorrow and goes through Wednesday. Then, ideally, next Monday we will be open for business!
