Imik Ssimik A-Ssikchem Aram Tiqint

Well, this is the third full day that I've been here in Overland Park, and so far my plans for a lifestyle change have been successful. I have gotten up in the morning (which is so nice to do on a regular basis) and gone running. In Bolivar I meant to get out and exercise more, but it just never seemed to really happen very much. There is a nice trail running behind my apartment complex that helps out tremendously with motivation also. Not saying that I go terribly far when I run, but just doing something is start enough for me. "Imik ssimik a-ssikchem aram tiqint," as they say in Morocco, which means, "Little by little the camel goes into the pot."

And that is how I plan to get to where I can eventually run maybe several miles a day...little by little.

Dude! Running in the mornings really sets a nice tone for the day. I actually rode my bike to the gym and lifted weights.

My arms feel dead.

Great updates. Lookin' forward to more!
