The Moving Times

Packing is such a task. And I always get distracted looking at things I forgot I had, rediscovering the treasures hidden inside the words of a book that's got a coat of three year old dust on it; or re-living the joys I once had, playing with a useless toy I bought at a dollar store longer ago than I can remember....things like that. I have gotten all the books off of my bookshelf so far though. Progress is progress.

Progress IS progress, my friend.

Good words.

The moving times...any relation to "the boat times?" In reference alone, I hope.

Bookshelves and boxes are hard for me as well. You know how I am with nostalgia. Easily distracted by just about anything.

Plus, I tend to leave myself notes from the past that say "Hey future Cary!" After this, the date and time of the writing follow. Those are always fun to find.

Hope you continue to be well, man. Your journey is an exciting one that I'm enjoying reading, to make it sound a little creepy.

Oops.

Word out, man.

Good catch on the reference. And yes, it was in reference only, not in content.

That's a good idea, writing notes to your future self. That would be fun to find at random.
